RMA (Return of Material Authorisation) Guide

If you wish to return an item, please follow the procedure below so that we can deal with your complaint and/or repair as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please note: A returned shipment with an RMA form (including RMA code) will be dealt with more quickly.

RMA procedure:

  1. Complete the RMA form; request one by email or by phone 0031 (0)88-5008440. After you have fully completed and signed this form, you can email it to or fax it 0031 (0)252 533 922.
  2. We will send the form back to you together with a valid RMA code within two days.
  3. Finally, please include a copy of the returned RMA form bearing the RMA code and a copy of the invoice with the return shipment.


RMA conditions

Packaging and Shipment:

  • Goods returned for a credit (e.g.: false delivery) have to include undamaged and original packaging. Use extra packaging to return the goods. Damage that results of bad packaging during transport may void our warranty.
  • Shipments that are not or insufficiently franked will NOT be accepted by Taurac.
  • Return shipments have to be sent to us within 5 days after submission of the RMA number by Taurac. Please send your goods to the following address:

Credit conditions

  • The RMA number provided by Taurac is only valid for the returned goods and will not automatically result in a credit invoice.
  • In case you ordered in error, we will only credit 100 % of your purchase amount if goods are returned to Taurac within 10 working days after receipt. Between 10 working days and 3 months we credit 90% of your purchase amount.
  • The minimum Credit amount has to be over €12,50. Shipping and handling will not be credited, unless you are entitled to this.
  • The product has to fall under warranty, otherwise it cannot be credited.
  • Products that have been custom-made for you cannot be credited when you had ordered them in error. In such cases we already mention this to you on our order confirmation.
  • In case of original products we will follow the conditions of our supplier at all times. These conditions may differ from our own RMA conditions

Testing and reparation

  • If products have to be tested by Taurac and if, after thorough research, we have not been able to find the error you have mentioned, we will return the batteries to you. In this case shipping costs will be charged to you.
  • If we find a defect in a product we will first try to repair it. If reparation is not possible we will replace it. The warranty in both cases stays unchanged with a minimum of 3 months.

REMARK: Our warranty cannot be considered as sample / trial period.
