Questions about warranty

  • Does Taurac offer a warranty on supplied fixtures, emergency lighting and batteries?

    Naturally, Taurac offers you a guarantee. We offer a 3-year warranty on Basic and Plus fixtures. A 5-year warranty on the Premium line itself. We offer a 4-year warranty on emergency lighting batteries on an autonomy of 1 to 3 hours.

  • How can I register my product for research within the warranty period?

    Taurac stands for quality. If the product does not function properly within the warranty period, please contact your Taurac supplier. Your Taurac supplier will repair or replace the product free of charge.

  • What if my product was delivered damaged?

    Items which are returned for crediting (eg incorrect delivery) must be sent undamaged and in the original packaging. Use extra packaging for your return shipment. Damage caused by inadequate packaging can void the warranty. If the packaging is not the cause, please contact your supplier.
